Adventure #1: Mint's Perspective
Born 1996, F, from Louisville, United StatesI walked along the edge of the road, near the trees. The burnt orange and yellow leaves rustled under my bare feet, sticking occasionally from the dew upon them. I checked my watch, 7:30 in the morning.
'Dammit, at this rate I'll never reach town on time,' I thought to myself as I picked up my pace. My calves were burning from the exhaustion of walking for five hours and protested even more as I ran. I couldn't waste anymore time. I had a little one waiting on me.

Three Months Ago.....
I had just strolled out of my cabin when I heard her cries. Immediately, I rushed into the woods to investigate. What I found was unexpected.
She was just a fawn, no more than nine years old. A mere child next to his twenty-seven years. She had short unkempt hair, and was dressed in a pair of blue jean shorts with a black tank top on. She was knelt down, leaning over small pile of wood and a couple rocks. Her fur was muddied dark brown and she had twigs and leaves in her hair.
"Nothing ever goes my way!" She screamed suddenly. She stood up and kicked the wood with her sharp, dull black hooves. She spun around to march off towards my cabin, unknown to her, and saw me. Her eyes went wide and she took a few steps back before tripping over her rocks, which I now noticed were geodes, and tried to scramble away. She bleated and curled into a ball, as if awaiting an attack. I shook my head and walked over to her very calmly.
"P-Please, d-don't eat m-me, Mr. W-Wolf, sir." Her voice warbled and my stomach sank.
"I'm not going to eat you, little one." I spoke, which I never really did, living by myself and all. She peeked out at me from between her cloven hooves.
"Y-You’re not?" The hope in her eyes was so great. I sighed and picked her up.
"No, but I am going to give you a bath and food and a warm place to sleep. But not for free." Her little body was already ridged, but she went stone still at my words. "All I want you to do is tell me a few things." With this she relaxed a little.
I carried her to my cabin and set her down on the open flooring. I was suddenly self conscience of the way my cabin looked. Messy. My dishes were unwashed, clothes were hanging over the back of the couch, on chairs, hell, I even had a pair of boxers on a lamp shade. A few of my Big Busty Wolves were laying on the couch. I quickly picked them up and folded them to fit in my back pocket, so that the little one didn't see them.
"Your house is real messy, mister." She giggled. I smiled at the sound.
"Okay, little faw-"
"My name is Bonsai." She said huffily. I nodded.
"Okay, Bonsai. Time to get your bath water running." She bleated gleefully, skipping behind me as I lead her to the bathroom. I kneeled down to start her bath.
"Do you have bubbles? I love bubbles, especially the purple-y ones that smell like lavender!" I looked at her, bewildered. I was a single male, living alone. How in the Hell did she know I had purple lavender bath bubbles? I watched her as I reached into the cabinet under the sink to pull out the bubbles. Bonsai squealed with delight.
I poured a cap full into the water. Bonsai danced in circles, making a click-clacking sound on the hardwood floor. I chuckled and shook my head.
"Alrighty, I'm gonna leave the room and let you take your bath. I'll wash your clothes while your in, so just set them outside the door when you take them off." I walked out of the door, and closed it softly. I heard a soft giggle and then an Oh, no.
"Mr. Wolf?" She cracked the door open and squeaked seeing me still standing near. "I....Please don't be mad..." I cocked my head to the side. "I added more bubbles..." I grabbed the door and opened it wider. My jaw dropped as I seen the bubbles flowing smoothly over the bath rim and onto the floor. I couldn't help myself. I laughed, and the look on her face made me laugh even harder. Her ears were laid back and her eyes wide, mouth opened in an "O".
"You're...you're not mad?" I shook my head, still laughing, clutching my abdomen. She smirked uncertainly, and was suddenly laughing with me. "Mr. Wolf, you are really neat." She bleated happily.
"Call me Mint, little one." I picked her up and got her ready for her bath.
