In the Court of “Qulandar”
M, from Islamabad, PakistanOnce, there lived a farmer in a village, whose land was occupied by a great landlord. The farmer went to the court of a “Qulandar”. (A degree given by God to His friends.)
The Qulandar told the farmer, bring a piece of paper, so he came with a piece of paper. Qualandar wrote to the king of that time, ”Khiljie”. (A very cruel king of his time.)
Qulandar wrote to the King, “Give his land back to him, otherwise, I shall place some other dog on the throne.”
When he received that piece of paper with strong spiritual orders, he left the throne and ordered his officers to obey the order of the ‘Qulandar”.
Finally, the order was obeyed.
Two points are very much clear: that a friend of God has more power than a worldly king.
This story is there with great and strong spirituality in our Muslim history. (In the history of Sub-Continent.)
So also you can trace so many stories in our history, like Shah Shamis Tabraiz, Sh.Abdul Qader Jalani, Ali Hajwerie lahorie, Baba Bulay Shah, Bahoo Sarkar and so many others.
This story has been provided by Professor Mohammad Khan Hastal as taken from the history of his culture and people.
