No voice, nor choice
Born 2006, F, from Immingham, United KingdomPoem: no voice, nor choice
The voices scream and cry,
Begging her to leave and die,
Perpetual pain infects her body,
She falls to her knees with no help from nobody,
The moon lights the street,
But she struggles to her broken feet.
Crystal tears rip through her face,
As the community judges her race,
Her skin so fair and clean,
She worries wether she will reach sixteen,
The eyes of men crawl down her back,
As the voices make her emotions crack.
Oh, scream this scream that,
Her parents say “you little ungrateful brat”,
Her grades drop as the stress begins,
Crawling in with many wins,
It takes her Conscience,
And Imprisons her brain what utter nonsense.
She prays to cope,
But god never gives hope,
The sky is her utopia,
But reality is her studying exotropia,
Her parents make her take extra biology,
Doctor they say or even phycology.
She has no voice,
Nor any choice,
Her mind is imprisoned and her body froze,
She isn’t aloud to grow with out suppose,
An achievement in life,
Or a successful back handed knife.
She would never kill her parents,
They love her and she’s in adolescence,
She’s immature and young,
Yet she has seen down the barrel of gun,
A distorted life she has with no identity,
She sits at the back controlling her mentality.
Black dots seep through her visions,
Every time she takes a break from revisions,
The belt comes flying,
Or the steel rod starts frying,
The scars she has are only on the skin,
She says “its alright i will take out the bins.”
When changing for pe no one ever sees,
The pain she contains will never be ceased,
Her hair is always perfect and her nails always done,
But when in pe she struggles run,
Her knees always buckle and hands shake,
It’s from all the beats she had to take.
The voices scream and cry,
Begging her to leave and die,
Perpetual pain infects her body,
She falls to her knees with no help from nobody,
The moon lights the street,
But she struggles to her broken feet.
She has no choice,
Nor any choice,
5 more years and she will escape her fate,
Currently 13 and has no break,
5 more years and she will lose all hate,
18 is when she will leave,
Run away or so she believed…
