Today is my first day in this city and in this new world, today is my first working day and today is my first day in new passage to pursuit happiness.
DAY 1
I woke up early today and nothing is special; hope I find something good today. I want to catch my office on time. I am walking on the boulevard because nearest bus stop is almost one and half kilometer from my residence.
This street is a common, just as usual. Peoples having problems, peoples are problems. One man is trying to arrange his food stall. Bus he is incapable to lift it up so he can arrange it at footpath. One poor is trying to find some food in dustbin. A woman and a child girl are begging. Everyone is trying to find happiness in their own way.
What can I do for them? I am not wealthy so I can arrange a shop for that man, can give a prospect to that poor so can make his food, can help that woman and that girl.
But I am trying to do something else. I helped that man to arrange his stall, gave two bananas to that poor and donate 10 rupees to that woman. Hope it will help them and about mine day there was nothing.
DAY 2
I woke up early today and nothing is special; hope I find something good today. I am walking on the street. People are there, trying to rise above their problem, trying to live their life. Problem is still same Land, Food and Money. Still I don’t have anything but I did same as I did yesterday.
Day 3
I woke up early today and nothing is special; hope I find something good today. There is a nothing different same street, same person; same problem and I have same solution.
DAY 4
I woke up early today and nothing is special; hope I find something good today. I am walking on the Same Street. Same people are there having same problem. And I did same thing.
DAY 5
I woke up early today and nothing is special…………………………….
DAY 6 ……………………….
DAY 7………………………..
D………D……………D……..
After 3 Month.
I woke up late today and I know nothing will going to happen today. I am on the street, same street. Nothing is changed. That guy is still facing problem and giving a smile to me. He is thinking that I will help him but today I ignored him. That poor is still trying to find some food and giving a smile to me. But instead of two bananas I gave him a look. And still that beggar. I know she is looking for me, because she knows I am only one who is fool. I am not going to give her anything not a single penny.
And that girl, wait, where that girl is. Girl having dirty cloth, empty hands and sad face, where is she? In spite of that girl there is someone else, else having a flower in hands, else having a smile on face, else having a school Uniform? Look at her face, that innocent face carrying both smile and school bag. She is coming, coming towards me. She gave me that flower; she told this is for you, she smiled.
Something is clicked in my mind; something is like beating and something that I am feeling. I don’t know her name but I know that feeling. That is happiness. ‘This is happiness’.
I thought for a second, I smiled and I turned.
I turned to help someone.
I turned to feed someone.
I turned to make someone happy.
I turned to change something to change everything.
I turned because today is special; today ‘I found my happiness’.
