I am the wind that whispers in your ears
listen to me, I'll always be here,
I have the power to blow storm clouds away
to dispel the darkness, bring sunshine your way.
And as you bask in the warmth of sun's rays
your tormented mind will drift away,
for I am the breeze that caresses your ears
soothing your conscience, erasing your fears.
And even as the sun goes down
know I am still here
I am the voice of oceans waves
calming their anger, their vengeful ways.
I am the wind that howls in the night
hiding the moon and the stars from sight
revealing hidden secrets until the time is right
I am salvation, I am the light.
The rain I send to cleanse your pain
know you are never alone
for every tear that hits the ground
is proof that you have grown.
And as you stand in puddles deep
past hurts will fade away
the sun will dance in tune with the rain
and a rainbow of colour will brighten your days
I am the wind(caty)
I am the wind that whispers in your ears
