my childhood nemesis
Born 2001, F, from Victoria, AustraliaBlood trickled down from the corner of my mouth, down my neck and onto my shirt. I didn't know how long I lay there before a handsome face looked over me. The last words I'd heard before I slipped into unconciousness were: 'you ok miss?' Then I came back to my conciousness and was helped up by a guy who looked like he lifted weights for a living. He then got out his cell and dialed 911 and before I knew it, the cops and the paramedics now surrounded me as if I were a piece of barbecued meat. The police then questioned me but I remembered nothing at all besides the fact that the last thing I heard was the sound of distant footsteps.
I was put into a hospital ward and I slipped into a coma for about a month. after that about few weeks later my health was improving and I was able to eat and be normal. On what particular day I was still in the hospital bed when I recieved the daily newspaper. I sat in bed having a biscuit and sipping on a cuppa whilst flicking through the pages of the paper. One particular article caught my eye. On the front in big bold letters read: 'PRISONER ON THE LOOSE' I closed my eyes as my heart was thuding against my ribs. He was there, he was looking for me, he was, my chilhood nemesis, who swore he would make my life living hell.
